Jim has 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and is actively involved in the Salesforce community as a founder and long-time leader of the Upper Midwest Higher Education Salesforce User Group. He has an undergraduate degree from University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
